Personal Integrated Training

With knowledge and innovation, YESA has developed Personal Integrated Training, or the PIT, to capture the attention, inspire motivation, and empower confidence in our young soccer players of today. In the PIT, players will experience a unique decision-making performance methodology that trains their brain to focus on the most important visual cues through the fast- paced, high-pressure sport of futsal. The PIT is competitive, fun, and available to players as young as 3 years old.

Programs

All YESA programs are structured toward development, however players and groups are eligible to compete in futsal tournaments when you sign up for the 10-week training class.

Classes

This is a 10-week PIT program offered in the fall, winter, and spring with options to compete in futsal tournaments.

Clinics

These are one day sessions using the PIT methodology in a competitive, fun, and learning environment.

Camps

Similar to clinics, training camps are offered for two or more days over the summer and holiday breaks.
